The bug referenced in the APKBUILDs is 3 years old and I cannot
reproduce it anymore when cross compiling from x86_64.
This syncs the enabled architectures with Alpine.

temp/iio-sensor-proxy: add patch to fix inverted rotation on sargo

The previous rule is too vague and would also tag /dev/fastrpc-cdsp
devices too. Sometimes iio-sensor-proxy would bind to this which
seemed to always produce inverted orientation values. If only
/dev/fastrpc-adsp* is tagged, then orientation always seems to be
correct.

Remove various upstreamed and move downstream tuning files into a
folder instead of wrapping them in patches.
Also sync up a bit to the alpine package by adding dependencies and the

Note: unfortunately this release does not contain the GPU-ISP. There
are various improvements to the SW-ISP, the simple pipeline handler and
other areas which should improve the experience on various devices with
pmOS, though.

GJS 1.86 was released with a port from
libgirepository-1.0 to libgirepository-2.0. That port
requires changes in gnome-shell. However, for now, there
is no gnome-shell-mobile based on 49, so as a hot fix,
this is a backport of those patches only.
Without these, the GNOME Shell will not even get beyond
main.js and as such is unusable even for gdm.

Rebuild -systemd subpkgs

These packages were previously built by a WIP abuild patch that added
install scripts to each -systemd subpkg for handling preset application
on install and symlink cleanup on uninstall. This functionality has been
replaced by a trigger/commit hook, so we need to rebuild these packages
to drop the install scripts that were previously generated.
