The maintainer did not respond to a maintainership issue for two weeks.
Also, the only devices that depend upon this package are in archived, so
this package doesn't have a reason to sit around. If a device using it is
unarchived, this commit can be reverted.

systemd/postmarketos-base-systemd: fix preset template instance handling

This fixes a bug where template presets with a specified instance were
not being handled. The install script previously parsed the entire line,
including the instance(s) and ran 'systemctl preset' on it all, e.g.
'systemctl preset unudhcpd@.service usb0'.
The script will now:
- detect lines that contain a template + instance(s)
- diff the instances
- run preset on template@instance for all added or removed instances
Template presets that don't have any instances specified in the preset
file (because they have a DefaultInstance= set) are treated just like
any other unit since we can run preset on those and it enables the
template with the default instance.

This adds support in the generic kernels for Steam Deck:
- Audio
- Wifi (rtw88)
- Ambient light sensor
- Deck controller/FF
- Touchscreen
Options in the new 'platform' category are things that the above drivers
required to be enabled in the kernel. Tested on my LCD Steam Deck.

kconfigcheck: add zstd initramfs decompression support to category:default

Per the discussion https://gitlab.postmarketos.org/postmarketOS/pmaports/-/work_items/4087 , zstd is going to
become the default compression algorithm for the initramfs, with only devices using kernels older than 5.1.0
expected to use gzip. Because of this, adding this config to the default category early ensures that the
eventual migration requires less changes.

Fixes bluetooth not being available on resume. The script was adapted from mobian and adjusted to reload the firmware in a non-blocking fashion in the background.
In some (rare) cases it fails and entering suspend, waiting 10 seconds and waking up is required. Yet this is a huge improvement over not having bluetooth after sleep at all until the next reboot.
