The POSIX standard defines a line as terminating in a newline. Non-POSIX
systems (such as Windows) generally do not automatically add a newline
to the end of a line, leading to some files not having a newline at their
end. This is an issue because, while a good portion of modern Linux tooling
can handle missing newlines, some cannot, leading to breakage on
non-conformant files. This is also better for consistency and preventing
unnecessary edits to files because a contributor's editor saves a file with
an automatically added newline when there wasn't one originally.

Building with LLVM is a requirement for every category higher than downstream,
so this kernel must be built with LLVM. This is part of a larger distro-wide
effort to build with LLVM.

Temporary package so we can build postmarketos-base-ui for riscv64 too
even though we don't have the new pipewire subpackages there, and so
stable doesn't break in case the subpackages get reverted there.

These subpackages were recently split out of pipewire and broke
camera and webrtc support. These must be added to depends as
there is no way to install_if with flatpaks and these were
previously already part of the pipewire package, so the status-
quo does not change.

Migrate the kernel to fragment-based configuration and move patches away
from the pmaports tree, aligning with other pmOS kernels.
Hardware support is also slightly improved, gaining USB OTG and
preliminary hwmon support.
pahole, linux-headers, elfutils-dev and python3 are added to makedepends
to allow enabling BTF.

Otherwise any patches that need to be applied onto the out-of-tree code
in the patch archive will fail to apply as the files won't exist yet.
This works because delaying default_prepare also delays abuild's
automatic patch application.

The generic kernels are too large to be booted by the stock bootloader,
as the boot partition is only 16 MiB. While this commit increases the
kernel size you can use today, the linux-postmarketos kernels are still
too big to boot from extlinux.conf until the [boot memory increase of
lk2nd][1] is released.
lk2nd also provides a better fastboot implementation which doesn't
fully-buffer the image to be written, and thus can write larger images
than the stock bootloader. Forcing fastboot mode requires [flo support
in lk2nd][2], which also requires a lk2nd release. Right now you'll only
get the better fastboot when lk2nd fails to find a kernel, which means a
dance like "use stock bootloader to wipe userdata, then start to lk2nd".
The reason to keep android image support is just for netbooting which
makes testing easier. But netbooting does _not_ work with lk2nd right
now as lk2nd has trouble finding the dtb for some reason; use the stock
boot loader when running "pmbootstrap flasher boot". Changing
flash_offset_ramdisk is to give more space for the kernel to decompress.
