CI: Add check for required pmbootstrap version's age
...
While ideally everyone would be running the latest pmbootstrap version,
in practice people don't always update right away. And even if they want
to, their distribution may not have the latest version packaged yet.
Let's enforce some wiggle room here so distributions have time to catch
up before we require newer versions.

Currently there is a bug in in-kernel pd-mapper (https://gitlab.postmarketos.org/postmarketOS/pmaports/-/work_items/3481 ).
So we depend on userspace pd-mapper in all sdm845 devices. Do the same here.
Required to get wifi and audio working.

On cold boot, msm-modem-uim-selection's default 4-second SIM
detection timeout expires before the modem's UIM service is ready,
leaving ModemManager stuck in a "sim-missing" failed state and
requiring the user to manually run `systemctl restart ModemManager`.
Install a systemd drop-in override that increases SIM_WAIT_TIME from
the default 4 seconds to 30 seconds, giving the modem enough time to
finish initializing on this device.

Add myself as a co-maintainer.
Simplify the device name across APKBUILD and deviceinfo.
Depend on linux-firmware-brcm and add all related symlinks for enabling Wi-Fi support.
Follow the device package template for generic kernels [1] and add the close-to-mainline
kernel alongside the generic kernels. This is done because vanilla upstream kernels are
not very usable at the moment. (e.g. Wi-Fi doesn't work at all, j7xelte doesn't boot
due to lack of proper DRM)

omap4_finish_suspend is defined in arm assembly and is thus invisible to CFI,
causing errors when called directly as .finish_suspend. Wrap it in a function
which calls the assembly function.
The goal is to upstream the patch.

1. Drop DTS patch for volume keys. These will be handled via hwdb
2. Drop CONFIG_FW_LOADER_USER_HELPER. It was required by the LED controller
(lp5523) driver until Linux 6.19
3. Restore TWL4030_PWRBUTTON, and make it built-in (in readiness for plymouth)
4. Drop HSI patch. To be replaced with a better quality patch which will be
upstreamed
5. The remainder of changes are from kconfig migrate
