device-nokia-n900: initfs: add charger driver 
As an enhancement, add charger driver to initramfs to permit charging, e.g.
when battery is too drained to boot, or when doing extended debugging in the
initramfs.

This repository contains the APKBUILD files for postmarketOS-specific packages, along with the required patches and scripts, if any.
