The wiki article has stated that msm-fb-refresher is necessary for working display from the start, so let's just fix this in packaging instead of having it as a hint in the wiki. As for postmarketos-base-downstream, this was confirmed to fix booting into UI by Pascal Dietrich on fedi[1].
