BetaRays a0e8b199be samsung-j5(x): depend on Samsung modem workaround 
This was required to get a working modem on J5 2015 and 2016, see:

This repository contains the APKBUILD files for postmarketOS-specific packages, along with the required patches and scripts, if any.
