device-samsung-manta: switch boot partition to fat32 
Now that samsung-manta uses EFI boot, its boot partition should be
formatted in FAT32.

Note that the current behaviour does not impair booting nor updating of
kernels and initramfs, but tools like bootctl do not like that.

postmarketOS aports repository

This repository contains the APKBUILD files for postmarketOS-specific packages, along with the required patches and scripts, if any.

There are many more packages defined in the Alpine Linux aports on which these packages depend.
