systemd/postmarketos-base-systemd: add preset for io.github.kolunmi.Bazaar.service 
If the user installed bazaar, the service makes sure to e.g. continue
downloading apps and refresh flatpak metadata (which should make startup
faster) while being closed.

Note that we currently don't pre-install bazaar on any UI, but will
bring a benefit to those who choose to manually install it.

postmarketOS aports repository

This repository contains the APKBUILD files for postmarketOS-specific packages, along with the required patches and scripts, if any.

There are many more packages defined in the Alpine Linux aports on which these packages depend.
