firmware-qcom-msm8953: Add WCNSS nv binary for motorolas (MR 6041) 
Motorolas contains nv binary on system partition.
Add them to the fw package to be able to use generic port on them.

This repository contains the APKBUILD files for postmarketOS-specific packages, along with the required patches and scripts, if any.
