temp/libcamera: upgrade to 0.7.0

This release notably comes with the long awaited GPU-ISP, improving
performance and quality in various ways.

Also:
1. Drop upstreamed or superseded patches.
2. Update entries in tuning files.
3. Sync dependencies to alpine package.
4. Enable the virtual pipeline for easier testing on devices without
   working cameras (see /usr/share/libcamera/pipeline/virtual/virtual.yaml.example).
