Add firmware packaging guidelines to the documentation. The goal behind this was to make it so that it is very clear which packaging method is preferred for which cases to avoid fragmentation and inconsistency in pmaports packaging. This repository contains the APKBUILD files for postmarketOS-specific packages, along with the required patches and scripts, if any.
There are many more packages defined in the Alpine Linux aports on which these packages depend.
