main/postmarketos-bootsplash: switch back to plymouth-openrc-plugin 
With the openrc plugins hanging issues fixed in OpenRC 0.63.2, we can
now make use of plymouth-openrc-plugin once again.

This partially reverts commit f13be0f6b7.
