linux-postmarketos-stable: move btf patch to shared 
We will need to apply this to more kernels that we see failing with:

    BTF     .tmp_vmlinux1
  Killed
  Failed to generate BTF for vmlinux
  Try to disable CONFIG_DEBUG_INFO_BTF
