device-pine64-pinephonepro: build rockchip-isp1 into initramfs

Add rockchip-isp1 to modules-initfs as a workaround for display initialization
issues on kernel 6.11.11. Without the ISP driver built into initramfs, the
unl0kr screen fails to display during early boot when disk encryption is
enabled, though the input still works. Building rockchip-isp1 into initramfs
ensures proper display initialization.
This is a temporary workaround until the underlying power domain or clock
synchronization issue between the display and camera subsystems which I suspect
can be properly investigated and fixed.

Use gcc6 and add a few shared patches to make the kernel (and
menuconfig) build again. Since it now works, move the aport back to
downstream.
The "new" initramfs does not work without an extra initfs, so enable
that. Delete a few redundant deviceinfo properties while at it.
Finally, change the red tint fix to a Kconfig option instead of a patch.

firmware-samsung-kyleproxx: rename from firmware-samsung-kylepro; device-samsung-kylepro: use renamed firmware package as direct dependency and remove firmware subpackage

Since kylepro and kyleprods are very similar devices (they also share the same kernel), the firmware package can be used for both.
The nonfree firmware subpackage is redundant, so device-samsung-kylepro directly depends on firmware-samsung-kyleproxx.

While the modem has worked for quite a while on mainline, for some
reason some dependencies were never added to the device package.
And add the firmware for the audio amplifier on Fairphone 3 since it's
also supposed to work now.
And install qbootctl (and enable it by default) to mark the current slot
as successful to not get stuck in the bootloader after a couple of
reboots.

Flashing is enabled because of lplk and no longer requiring an uniLoader
dependency.
SD Card was incorrectly set as unavailable before, this device has an SD
card slot, fix the property.
This device now supports display via simpledrmfb, so enable
deviceinfo_drm. Device can start Phosh, albeit with some graphical
glitches, and obviously no GPU (yet...).
