Providing linux-headers is an unresolved issue (see
https://gitlab.postmarketos.org/postmarketOS/pmaports/-/issues/152 )
and this is currently breaking the build with
"pmbootstrap config build_pkgs_on_install True".
So remove them.

The previous commit moving these to only `/lib/` was an error on my part for
misreading the manpages of kmod. Alpine *does* correctly handle modules under
`/usr/lib/`, so this is fine.

device-fairphone-fp3: modem, audio & qbootctl

While the modem has worked for quite a while on mainline, for some
reason some dependencies were never added to the device package.
And add the firmware for the audio amplifier on Fairphone 3 since it's
also supposed to work now.
And install qbootctl (and enable it by default) to mark the current slot
as successful to not get stuck in the bootloader after a couple of
reboots.

Flashing is enabled because of lplk and no longer requiring an uniLoader
dependency.
SD Card was incorrectly set as unavailable before, this device has an SD
card slot, fix the property.
This device now supports display via simpledrmfb, so enable
deviceinfo_drm. Device can start Phosh, albeit with some graphical
glitches, and obviously no GPU (yet...).

Rebuild -systemd subpkgs

These packages were previously built by a WIP abuild patch that added
install scripts to each -systemd subpkg for handling preset application
on install and symlink cleanup on uninstall. This functionality has been
replaced by a trigger/commit hook, so we need to rebuild these packages
to drop the install scripts that were previously generated.

PSI is necessary (but not sufficient) to run Waydroid on this device
target:
- linux-virt is built without binder and unusable for Waydroid.
- linux-stable is build with CONFIG_PSI_DEFAULT_DISABLED.
- linux-lts is build with CONFIG_PSI_DEFAULT_DISABLED.
The performance difference is negligible for this device; less that 1%.
