treewide: move etc/init.d and etc/conf.d into openrc subpackages and cleanup

Moves the remaining init.d and conf.d files into the OpenRC subpackages. Most
of these issues were caused by wrongly reimplementing the default_openrc
function, which can be caught in the future with
https://gitlab.postmarketos.org/postmarketOS/pmaports/-/work_items/4643 .
This commit also makes some very minor cleanup of APKBUILDs if it made
sense while fixing the subpackages.

Rebuild -systemd subpkgs
...
These packages were previously built by a WIP abuild patch that added
install scripts to each -systemd subpkg for handling preset application
on install and symlink cleanup on uninstall. This functionality has been
replaced by a trigger/commit hook, so we need to rebuild these packages
to drop the install scripts that were previously generated.
