Aelin	6182ce138d	{device-microsoft-surface-rt,device-nvidia-tegra-armv7}: move to testing ... The kernel package used by these two devices does not meet our community kernel version requirements anymore, and two weeks after notifying the maintainers, the situation hasn't changed, so let's move them to testing accordingly.
