archived/u-boot-samsung-i9100: drop package
It is very old, and a mainline based variant will be added shortly. Drop the package so that the name does not conflict with the new one. Part-of: <https://gitlab.postmarketos.org/postmarketOS/pmaports/-/merge_requests/6921>
