alsa-ucm-conf-sdm845: update to latest state

This consists of the following changes:
- starqltechn: add initial sound config
- Shift/axolotl: add symlink for u-boot
- SHIFT: axolotl: drop commented out sequence
- SHIFT: axolotl: HiFi: add q6voice routes
- SHIFT: axolotl: do not directly link uboot symlinks
- OnePlus: enchilada/fajita: add uboot symlink for newer kernels
- Xiaomi/beryllium: add Tianma UBoot symlink
