main/postmarketos-base-ui-gnome: recommend gnome-user-share & rygel

Browse source 
Enables the "Sharing"-panel in g-c-c for file & media sharing between
local computers.

Don't need a user preset, since they should be disabled by default, but
can be enabled in g-c-c.

Might need more configuration for mDNS/Avahi/zeroconf to work, but can be done
seperately, see
