linux-postmarketos-rockchip: fix pinebook-pro support

4a1612eb56 introduced a set of changes for this kernel to support the
pine64-pinenote. These changes broke boot on the PineBook Pro: after the
kernel and initfs are loaded and started, the screen blanks and remains
that way indefinitely.

From the set of changes made for the pine64-pinenote support, reverting
only CONFIG_GPIO_ROCKCHIP=y restores the pinebook-pro into a working
status.

I don't have the means to test on the pine64-pinenote, and would
appreciate feedback on this.
