device-google-flame: drop dependency on hexagonfs-firmware-loader
We no longer want device packages to use this approach, they should instead package their HexagonFS firmware files. Part-of: <https://gitlab.postmarketos.org/postmarketOS/pmaports/-/merge_requests/8163>
