Subject: [PATCH] linux-next: build using clang and enable Rust

The rational behind this is no actual functionality is lost, we just
gain the ability to now run Rust drivers (if they come out/we develop
them). It should be stable enough since Android manufacturers switched
to Clang a long time ago.

Currently, I foresee no drawbacks with this change.
