5e581dad4f bpf: make unknown opcode handling more robust
Recent findings by syzcaller fixed in 7891a87efc ("bpf: arsh is
not supported in 32 bit alu thus reject it") triggered a warning
in the interpreter due to unknown opcode not being rejected by
the verifier. The 'return 0' for an unknown opcode is really not
optimal, since with BPF to BPF calls, this would go untracked by
the verifier.

Do two things here to improve the situation: i) perform basic insn
sanity check early on in the verification phase and reject every
non-uapi insn right there. The bpf_opcode_in_insntable() table
reuses the same mapping as the jumptable in ___bpf_prog_run() sans
the non-public mappings. And ii) in ___bpf_prog_run() we do need
to BUG in the case where the verifier would ever create an unknown
opcode due to some rewrites.

Note that JITs do not have such issues since they would punt to
interpreter in these situations. Moreover, the BPF_JIT_ALWAYS_ON
would also help to avoid such unknown opcodes in the first place.

b13d880721 bpf: Adds field bpf_sock_ops_cb_flags to tcp_sock
Adds field bpf_sock_ops_cb_flags to tcp_sock and bpf_sock_ops. Its primary
use is to determine if there should be calls to sock_ops bpf program at
various points in the TCP code. The field is initialized to zero,
disabling the calls. A sock_ops BPF program can set it, per connection and
as necessary, when the connection is established.

It also adds support for reading and writting the field within a
sock_ops BPF program. Reading is done by accessing the field directly.
However, writing is done through the helper function
bpf_sock_ops_cb_flags_set, in order to return an error if a BPF program
is trying to set a callback that is not supported in the current kernel
(i.e. running an older kernel). The helper function returns 0 if it was
able to set all of the bits set in the argument, a positive number
containing the bits that could not be set, or -EINVAL if the socket is
not a full TCP socket.

Examples of where one could call the bpf program:

1) When RTO fires
2) When a packet is retransmitted
3) When the connection terminates
4) When a packet is sent
5) When a packet is received

b73042b8a2 bpf: Add write access to tcp_sock and sock fields
This patch adds a macro, SOCK_OPS_SET_FIELD, for writing to
struct tcp_sock or struct sock fields. This required adding a new
field "temp" to struct bpf_sock_ops_kern for temporary storage that
is used by sock_ops_convert_ctx_access. It is used to store and recover
the contents of a register, so the register can be used to store the
address of the sk. Since we cannot overwrite the dst_reg because it
contains the pointer to ctx, nor the src_reg since it contains the value
we want to store, we need an extra register to contain the address
of the sk.

Also adds the macro SOCK_OPS_GET_OR_SET_FIELD that calls one of the
GET or SET macros depending on the value of the TYPE field.

3395de96ae device property: Allow iterating over available child fwnodes
Implement a new helper function fwnode_get_next_available_child_node(),
which enables obtaining next enabled child fwnode, which
works on a similar basis to OF's of_get_next_available_child().

This commit also introduces a macro, thanks to which it is
possible to iterate over the available fwnodes, using the

7c6c57f2ab device property: Introduce fwnode_irq_get()
Until now there were two very similar functions allowing
to get Linux IRQ number from ACPI handle (acpi_irq_get())
and OF node (of_irq_get()). The first one appeared to be used
only as a subroutine of platform_irq_get(), which (in the generic
code) limited IRQ obtaining from _CRS method only to nodes
associated to kernel's struct platform_device.

This patch introduces a new helper routine - fwnode_irq_get(),
which allows to get the IRQ number directly from the fwnode
to be used as common for OF/ACPI worlds. It is usable not
only for the parents fwnodes, but also for the child nodes
comprising their own _CRS methods with interrupts description.

In order to be able o satisfy compilation with !CONFIG_ACPI
and also simplify the new code, introduce a helper macro
(ACPI_HANDLE_FWNODE), with which it is possible to reach
an ACPI handle directly from its fwnode.

 =======
First six patches of this series further enhances the mlx5 hairpin support.
The first two patches deal with using different hairpin instances
for flows whose packets have different priorities to align with the port
TX QoS model. The next four patches allow us to do HW spreading
of flows over a set of hairpin pairs using RSS. The last two patches
change the driver to also set the size of the HW hairpin queues.
 ========

Next four patches from Eran Ben Elisha <eranbe@mellanox.com>:
Add more debug data for TX timeout handling, and further enhance and optimize
TX timeout handling upon lost interrupts, which adds a mechanism for explicitly
polling EQ in case of a TX timeout in order to recover from a lost interrupt.
If this is not the case (no pending EQEs), perform a channels full recovery as
 usual.

From Kamal Heib <kamalh@mellanox.com>, Two patches to extend the stats group API
to have an update_stats() callback which will be used to fetch the hardware or
software counters data, this will improve the current API and reduce code
 duplication.

The main changes are:

1) bpf array map HW offload, from Jakub.

2) support for bpf_get_next_key() for LPM map, from Yonghong.

3) test_verifier now runs loaded programs, from Alexei.

4) xdp cpumap monitoring, from Jesper.

5) variety of tests, cleanups and small x64 JIT optimization, from Daniel.

6) user space can now retrieve HW JITed program, from Jiong.

Note there is a minor conflict between Russell's arm32 JIT fixes
and removal of bpf_jit_enable variable by Daniel which should
be resolved by keeping Russell's comment and removing that variable.

The TUN conflict was less trivial. Cong Wang fixed a memory leak of

fcfb126def bpf: add new jited info fields in bpf_dev_offload and bpf_prog_info
For host JIT, there are "jited_len"/"bpf_func" fields in struct bpf_prog
used by all host JIT targets to get jited image and it's length. While for
offload, targets are likely to have different offload mechanisms that these
info are kept in device private data fields.

Therefore, BPF_OBJ_GET_INFO_BY_FD syscall needs an unified way to get JIT
length and contents info for offload targets.

One way is to introduce new callback to parse device private data then fill
those fields in bpf_prog_info. This might be a little heavy, the other way
is to add generic fields which will be initialized by all offload targets.

This patch follow the second approach to introduce two new fields in
struct bpf_dev_offload and teach bpf_prog_get_info_by_fd about them to fill
correct jited_prog_len and jited_prog_insns in bpf_prog_info.

pull-request: bpf-next 2018-01-17

The following pull-request contains BPF updates for your *net-next* tree.

The main changes are:

1) Add initial BPF map offloading for nfp driver. Currently only
programs were supported so far w/o being able to access maps.
Offloaded programs are right now only allowed to perform map
lookups, and control path is responsible for populating the
maps. BPF core infrastructure along with nfp implementation is
   provided, from Jakub.

2) Various follow-ups to Josef's BPF error injections. More
specifically that includes: properly check whether the error
injectable event is on function entry or not, remove the percpu
bpf_kprobe_override and rather compare instruction pointer
with original one, separate error-injection from kprobes since
it's not limited to it, add injectable error types in order to
specify what is the expected type of failure, and last but not
least also support the kernel's fault injection framework, all
   from Masami.

3) Various misc improvements and cleanups to the libbpf Makefile.
That is, fix permissions when installing BPF header files, remove
unused variables and functions, and also install the libbpf.h
   header, from Jesper.

4) When offloading to nfp JIT and the BPF insn is unsupported in the
JIT, then reject right at verification time. Also fix libbpf with
regards to ELF section name matching by properly treating the
program type as prefix. Both from Quentin.

5) Add -DPACKAGE to bpftool when including bfd.h for the disassembler.
This is needed, for example, when building libfd from source as
bpftool doesn't supply a config.h for bfd.h. Fix from Jiong.

6) xdp_convert_ctx_access() is simplified since it doesn't need to
set target size during verification, from Jesper.

7) Let bpftool properly recognize BPF_PROG_TYPE_CGROUP_DEVICE
   program types, from Roman.

8) Various functions in BPF cpumap were not declared static, from Wei.

9) Fix a double semicolon in BPF samples, from Luis.

2290aefa2e can: dev: Add support for limiting configured bitrate
Various CAN or CAN-FD IP may be able to run at a faster rate than
what the transceiver the CAN node is connected to. This can lead to
unexpected errors. However, CAN transceivers typically have fixed
limitations and provide no means to discover these limitations at
runtime. Therefore, add support for a can-transceiver node that
can be reused by other CAN peripheral drivers to determine for both
CAN and CAN-FD what the max bitrate that can be used. If the user
tries to configure CAN to pass these maximum bitrates it will throw
an error.

Also add support for reading bitrate_max via the netlink interface.

c96f5471ce delayacct: Account blkio completion on the correct task
Before commit:

e33a9bba85 ("sched/core: move IO scheduling accounting from io_schedule_timeout() into scheduler")

delayacct_blkio_end() was called after context-switching into the task which
completed I/O.

This resulted in double counting: the task would account a delay both waiting
for I/O and for time spent in the runqueue.

With e33a9bba85, delayacct_blkio_end() is called by try_to_wake_up().
In ttwu, we have not yet context-switched. This is more correct, in that
the delay accounting ends when the I/O is complete.

But delayacct_blkio_end() relies on 'get_current()', and we have not yet
context-switched into the task whose I/O completed. This results in the
wrong task having its delay accounting statistics updated.

Instead of doing that, pass the task_struct being woken to delayacct_blkio_end(),
so that it can update the statistics of the correct task.

28b2e0d2cd net: phy: remove parameter new_link from phy_mac_interrupt()
I see two issues with parameter new_link:

1. It's not needed. See also phy_interrupt(), works w/o this parameter.
phy_mac_interrupt sets the state to PHY_CHANGELINK and triggers the
state machine which then calls phy_read_status. And phy_read_status
   updates the link state.

2. phy_mac_interrupt is used in interrupt context and getting the link
state may sleep (at least when having to access the PHY registers
   via MDIO bus).

So let's remove it.

a38845729e bpf: offload: add map offload infrastructure
BPF map offload follow similar path to program offload. At creation
time users may specify ifindex of the device on which they want to
create the map. Map will be validated by the kernel's
.map_alloc_check callback and device driver will be called for the
actual allocation. Map will have an empty set of operations
associated with it (save for alloc and free callbacks). The real
device callbacks are kept in map->offload->dev_ops because they
have slightly different signatures. Map operations are called in
process context so the driver may communicate with HW freely,
msleep(), wait() etc.

Map alloc and free callbacks are muxed via existing .ndo_bpf, and
are always called with rtnl lock held. Maps and programs are
guaranteed to be destroyed before .ndo_uninit (i.e. before
unregister_netdev() returns). Map callbacks are invoked with
bpf_devs_lock *read* locked, drivers must take care of exclusive
locking if necessary.

All offload-specific branches are marked with unlikely() (through
bpf_map_is_dev_bound()), given that branch penalty will be
negligible compared to IO anyway, and we don't want to penalize
SW path unnecessarily.

a0b1280368 kdump: write correct address of mem_section into vmcoreinfo
Depending on configuration mem_section can now be an array or a pointer
to an array allocated dynamically. In most cases, we can continue to
refer to it as 'mem_section' regardless of what it is.

But there's one exception: '&mem_section' means "address of the array"
if mem_section is an array, but if mem_section is a pointer, it would
mean "address of the pointer".

We've stepped onto this in kdump code. VMCOREINFO_SYMBOL(mem_section)
writes down address of pointer into vmcoreinfo, not array as we wanted.

Let's introduce VMCOREINFO_SYMBOL_ARRAY() that would handle the
situation correctly for both cases.

663faf9f7b error-injection: Add injectable error types
Add injectable error types for each error-injectable function.

One motivation of error injection test is to find software flaws,
mistakes or mis-handlings of expectable errors. If we find such
flaws by the test, that is a program bug, so we need to fix it.

But if the tester miss input the error (e.g. just return success
code without processing anything), it causes unexpected behavior
even if the caller is correctly programmed to handle any errors.
That is not what we want to test by error injection.

To clarify what type of errors the caller must expect for each
injectable function, this introduces injectable error types:

 - EI_ETYPE_NULL : means the function will return NULL if it
fails. No ERR_PTR, just a NULL.
 - EI_ETYPE_ERRNO : means the function will return -ERRNO
		    if it fails.
 - EI_ETYPE_ERRNO_NULL : means the function will return -ERRNO
		       (ERR_PTR) or NULL.

ALLOW_ERROR_INJECTION() macro is expanded to get one of
NULL, ERRNO, ERRNO_NULL to record the error type for
each function. e.g.

 ALLOW_ERROR_INJECTION(open_ctree, ERRNO)

This error types are shown in debugfs as below.

  ====
  / # cat /sys/kernel/debug/error_injection/list
  open_ctree [btrfs]	ERRNO
  io_ctl_init [btrfs]	ERRNO

540adea380 error-injection: Separate error-injection from kprobe

Some differences has been made:

- "kprobe" word is removed from any APIs/structures.
- BPF_ALLOW_ERROR_INJECTION() is renamed to
